Bridges to Housing is governed by a Regional Steering Committee of community and business leaders, experts, community representatives, and funders.
The Regional Steering Committee is supported by a multi-jurisdictional Coordinating Team, a providers subcommittee, and the Evaluation Committee. In each county, teams meet regularly to ensure smooth implementation of Bridges to Housing and to coordinate the dedication of locally controlled resources to the effort. Bridges to Housing is administered by Neighborhood Partnerships (NP), a non-profit organization which brings its innovative leadership and resources to bear to support the creation of affordable homes, healthy communities, and economic opportunities for low-income households.
