Clackamas County
Clackamas County Social Services will serve eleven families at two sites owned by local non-profit housing providers. Clackamas County Social Serviceis a strong County agency. They exhibit a commitment to the B2H model. Housing includes two sites with family friendly amenities, one owned by Northwest Housing Alternatives and the other by The Inn House. CCSS has experience with the housing first model, as well as intensive case management model.
