Clackamas County
Clackamas County Social Services is currently serving Bridges to Housing families at several housing sites, including several owned by local non-profit housing providers as well as private market rental housing. Clackamas County Social Serviceis a strong County agency. They exhibit a commitment to the Bridges to Housing model. Housing provided by non-profit housing owners is by Northwest Housing Alternatives and The Inn Home. CCSS has experience with the housing first model, as well as intensive case management model. CCSS has also partnered with the Housing Authority of Clackamas County to provide section 8 vouchers and rental subsidies.
