Share has been operating programs using the Bridges to Housing model since 2006. Share believes in using a strengths-based model and aiding the client in identifying their internal assets and capitalizing upon them. Services provided through Share ASPIRE include outreach, assessment and selection into the program, intensive case management, including referrals to community resources, and rental subsidies. Share has partnered with the Vancouver Housing Authority to house Bridges to Housing families throughout Clark County.
