Human Solutions – Arbor Glen Apartments in Portland, Oregon
Human Solutions offers intensive case management coupled with a Family Team approach to coordinate all other case managers and social service providers. Together the families and providers will develop an Action Plan that will be used as a tool to clarify goals and steps towards reaching them, with the overarching goals of income self-sufficiency and permanent housing stability.

Human Solutions will also be serving an additional 15 families beginning in Fall 2007 at four scattered sites throughout East Multnomah County. HSI has developed strong partnerships with mental health providers and other community resources.  Strong resident services on site or near each address are also a component of the project.  Child care subsidy will be available through the Children’s Investment Fund.
