Bridges to Housing in Our Communities

Washington County
Community Action, in partnership with two non-profit housing providers is serving Bridges to Housing families and has been since Fall, 2007. Community Action is a part of the National Community Action Partnership, and is very skilled at providing a variety of services within Washington County. Community Action demonstrates a commitment to the Bridges to Housing model, as do the selected Housing providers. Units selected for the project have family amenities, including larger units, access to children’s services, public transportation, and playgrounds.
Families will be housed at several locations throughout Washington County, including sites owned by Community Partners for Affordable Housing, Bienestar and Washington County Housing Authority.
